I doubt whether they are doing a business or something else. If you call to their sales promotion number you will be answered immediately. After getting the hosting if you call for technical help you will never speak to the person. Once I called their technical service department and was waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Afterwards some person told me that the concerned person is not available. It is as bad as it can get.

I am using Lunarpages as my e mail hosting server. It is only 6 months old. For this 6 months it went down twice now. Not for short periods also. It takes almost 24 hours for them to attend to it. They do not update the services regularly as well. I cannot suggest this to anyone.

Lunarpages was used to be a good service provider, but not anymore. One big advantage is that they cannot host CubeCart4. Mostly the site will be down as well. At least 2 days per month in my case. On top of that they are trying to make money in wrong methods. They have stopped my account at some point without any reason. It was down for almost 3 days and I decided to go for another hosting company. In the mean time they charged fees for my next year also through credit card. It is ridiculous to use my credit card without my permission. I complained BBB about it.

I am running an e commerce site with Lunarpages. It was down for days during the Christmas and New Year time which was the peak time for any business. I lost a lot because of this. They give so many reasons for these mistakes. They either screw up my database access or otherwise their server will be down. They tell that it will be repaired in hours, even though they take days for it. They never used to apologize for the mistakes even.
