Since I started business with Host Monster in 2007 June, I am pleased with the way things have gone. It was very reliable. Literally I didn’t have any downtime at all for these 18 months. I generally deal with FTP and sometimes use MySQL, PHP or html. They have a good customer service team. They are easily reachable at any time of the day. Waiting time was very less for the two times I used the customer service. Payment scheme is very flexible with monthly or yearly payments. I can recommend the Host Monster to anyone into web hosting.

I am done with most of the companies in web hosting. I find this company is very good for my needs. I never experienced excessive billing, long holding time or inconvenient customer service from them. They have very helpful and knowledgeable customer service offices. There control panel is amazingly easy to use.

I have experienced real around the clock customer support from Host Monster. I have contacted them at 4 A.M in the morning to get technical support. To my surprise it was as comprehensive as it was in any other time. I am totally satisfied with that. Apart from very rear human errors, the service is reliable. Their willingness to assist customers is amazing. I can recommend Host Monster without any worries to anyone.

It was around week ago I shifted to Host Monster web services. So far I have a very impressive picture about them. They have a good customer care service for sure. They even called me to verify my account. That time I was not at home. I called them back later and got through very quickly and it didn’t take much tie to verify also. My web site also loads pretty fast now than before. They have good additional features apart from user friendly cPanel control panel. So far it is good for me.

We are in the business for 8 years now. Host Monster is the 3 rd company to host our web site. They are doing it for the last 2 years. It amazes me sometimes by the performance. For the past 2 years I had only one problem. I just called them and they rectified it very quickly. Other than that it is running as smoothly as ever.
