All these come at a very less price compared to the competitors.
As the world`s largest hostname provider, they promise to provide the reliability and speed that customer expects for each and every customer.

GoDaddy disappointed me a lot with their recent developments. They were in the business for a long time, and all these time they provided customer support for the customers at free of cost. I am a customer of GoDaddy for years and enjoyed their world class services for almost 20 web sites of mine. Suddenly they dropped phone assistance for virtual private server customers and restricted it to only e mail support which was bad. To make things worst, now they are charging the customer even for that. One time recently they quoted me $150 to rectify a problem even though it was from their end.

GoDaddy has started accusing site holders for spam and grab some money from them as a fine. Most of these customers are really innocent and they will not provide any reasons to prove that they are guilty. Instead they will give 2 options. One is to pay $199 and reactivate the same account which you are blamed to be guilty. Otherwise you can pay $75 and you can transfer to another host. This is totally unfair. They use this holding account method as a new method of income which is really unethical. You might think that I am lying here.

GoDaddy site contains all unrelavant information. Services are even worse. They do not have a toll free phone number even to provide service. I am not ready to spend my money and time to get this rubbish service from them. They have an e mail support system worse than the other one. I have 5 years of experience with them. When you e mail a problem they will send you an answer which is not related to the problem at all. I doubt whether they have software to match keywords and reply to e mails. I got same wrong answer many times now.

I can guarantee you that it is the worst company I have ever come across in my life. GoDaddy is right there in the top in my list. They have a very unreliable and disgusting e mail service system. They tell all the lies in the world when an inquiry comes in. I have two recent such e mails in my account. Their support is worst of all as I told before. Their integrity is also very bad. If you are looking for this kind of service you can easily get that from a free service provider. They have no features integrated in the service. It will not support Google info. It will not run MySQL.
